How the Initiative works

Observation-based feedback
Every Kinyan classroom observation produces specific, practical findings — which questioning strategies to add, where participation can deepen, how strong rapport can be converted into stronger learning. Schools receive this feedback as a developmental roadmap, not a verdict.

The coaching curriculum
Behind the Initiative is a written manual. Chapter by chapter, it trains the crafts the Audit observes — and every chapter maps to specific items on the assessment, so the “how to improve” runs as deep as the “what to look for.” Its chapter themes:
