The First Five.

In 5786 (2025–26), after live classroom observation across schools and communities, Kinyan named its inaugural cohort of master teachers. Five educators, five schools, one standard. These are the teachers their students will never forget — and now, the community knows their names.

Each of these educators was observed in their own classroom, with their own students, and scored against the Master Teacher Skills Assessment. They were not nominated for popularity or seniority. They met the Standard.
